This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come stay in our Tiny Home- Casa Villa, 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It’s a tiny home that feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room . Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view from the deck, or sit and enjoy the fire. This is all one level, open floor plan , no loft.
Please keep in mind this is a country setting , sometimes wildlife can be seen, frogs and birds can be heard , and bugs can be found and at night, it’s dark 😊

Great, restful stay
My wife and I loved the place. It was very quiet (aside from the rooster crowing, which wasn't terrible) and the place had everything you'd need. The hosts providing the farm fresh eggs was a delightful surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts responded very promptly when we had any questions and getting in was a breeze. We had come for a graduation at nearby Denison so it was very convenient going back and forth as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a few days and absolutely loved the charm of the country location 😄 The hosts were extra awesome even going the extra mile so I could be catch a favorite show on the TV. It's a well appointed tiny house in a country setting not far from town

We loved EVERYTHING!!! The property is AWESOME!! Very clean, very well kept. Perfect little getaway for me and the wife. Becky, the host, AWESOME! I also got to meet Mike, very nice guy. We will definitely be booking another stay soon.

Cute Tiny Home
Wonderful tiny home in the quiet countryside. Within short driving distance of the cute downtown of Johnstown (definitely recommend eating at the Ghostwriter Public House while there) and within easy driving distance of Columbus. Very clean and inviting home, we hope to stay here again sometime!

Comfortable Country Retreat
I was in Johnstown to visit family and needed a place to relax. The tiny home is very clean and lovely. The bed and seating is comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches throughout. We even had farm fresh eggs from the owner! Becky's hospitality and excellent communication are top notch. I hope to stay again at this lovely property.

Picture perfect little, countryside gem. Clean, Cute and Comfy! We would choose this VRBO over and over! The host/hostess are friendly and welcoming. Pride in their hard work is evident and appreciated. They did not miss a detail!
