The accommodation hotel said he blocked Expedia from selling the room with the non-pitched roof picture. Who is lying here, we don’t know but we strongly feel we have been cheated here. The accommodation not only does not have elevator, the staircase is narrow and steep which made it difficult and kind of dangerous bringing luggage down the staircase. No desk, could not do any work. Expedia advertised breakfast “buffet”, what was available was just an extremely simple small packages in the refrigerator, another misrepresentation. We expect Expedia to provide at least a partial refund for not only misrepresentation but inconvenience caused. Not a good stay." We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too." Pleasant staff. Parking is limited. When we got to the hotel in the afternoon we managed to find a spot but once we got back after dinner in town we had to park on the road. There was free tea and coffee in the lounge which was a lovely touch. We stayed one night wish we could’ve stayed longer.
