“Leaving 5 stars because this property was perfect for us during our short stay in Eugene. We were comfortable, and everything we needed was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. I wanted to share a few pros and cons to help others decide if it's the right fit for them. “I was in Eugene during college graduation week and there were NO hotels or rental cars available so I stayed where I could. I've traveled in the third world and this hotel felt like the third world - nobody at the front desk, just a barred window and a handwritten sign to buzz the doorbell, ancient room and a bathroom I hesitated to shower in - few amenities, old creaky bed with old blankets and thrift store furniture. I think there are people living here in the other rooms, it seemed more……
