Beautiful House

The house and grounds were beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is wonderful when you're traveling with 9 people! The view was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location

The house is just amazing. The views are beautiful, neighborhood is safe and lots of animals around.The kitchen has everything you would need. The 5 bedrooms all have AC and were very comfortable. Our grandkids just loved the pool and hot tub. We just loved the location of the house, easy access to highway and stores were close by. Will for sure stay there again

Awesome stay

Great location to Kona. House was lovely. Plenty of room for people to socialize or have time to themselves. Kitchen is well stocked and we found the layout easy for several people to be working in the kitchen at once. While not really a complaint, one thing that might be a nice improvement would be cushions on the lounge chairs by the pool. We totally enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back to this house.

The house and property were in excellent condition. we were impressed with the initial supplies provided and with the dishes and cookware. The pool and hot Tub were well maintained. The sunset views were spectacular. The location was just a short drive to groceries and necessities. Kona Coast Vacations and Concierge, David,were excellent in responding to any of our questions.

Family Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kona for our family vacation! We had 8 adults (2 parents 6 grown kids), rooms worked out well with 5 bdrm 5 bathrooms :). The hot tub was great for the evenings after a day of activities. Great location, easy to get to beaches to snorkel and relax. We rented 2 cars, parking was safe and easy. New Grill was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving meals.

Beautiful Sunsets and Lot's of space

We stayed here with 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and spa were wonderful and the sunsets from the patio and balcony were a delight every night. The house is well stocked for those who, like us, cooked most of our meals. The location is a short 5 minute drive to the farmer's market and downtown shopping. Major retail stores like costco, walmart, and safeway were only 10 minutes away. Overall it was a fantastic place for a family vacation on a semi-private drive with little traffic.

Family Wedding in Kona

The home was perfect for our week stay in Kona! The house was clean & spacious. The pool, view from the pool and location close in to Kona was also perfect. The kitchen and bar area was well stocked with all the essentials including glassware and plastic poolside dishware. Beds and linens were comfortable. We would come back to this home and have already recommended the home to friends. We also appreciated the welcome basket upon arrival and the excellent communication from your staff before checkin!

Great house for family

The property is equipped with EVERYTHING. Best house we've ever had regarding that. Bedrooms are very conducive to a family as each has its own bath. Pool nice, common areas nice. Five minute drive to Kona.

Fantastic family home

Very clean house and property. Ac in each room was great for our early Sept trip. Plenty of room for each group to have their own pace. Hot tub and pool combo was a great family activity!

Perfect Rental for family

The house had everything we needed for our stay with 7 guests. It was in the perfect location, convenient to stores, restaurants and the airport. The neighborhood and view were incredible. David our concierge was amazing! We were able to book several activities and he helped us rebook two things last minute after one place canceled. Everyone was very pleased and we would stay again.

Great house for our large group

We had a great experience with the house starting with the frequent communication with David the concierge. David helped us book several experiences and gave great advice. The house itself was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Kona vacation

We were very happy with how well the house was stocked, especially the kitchen. It easily accommodated our group of 10 and everyone having their own ensuite bath was such a bonus. Used the pool and hot tub daily and enjoyed being able to relax there after a day of hiking and exploring. Location was very convenient for shopping. Would happily rent here again!

Lovely place, such a nice property. The fruit on the property is already worth the rental. The pictures are accurate, kitchen fully stocked to entertain and hang out. The rooms are spacious and bathroom is connect to each room.

Perfect Spot

The house was perfect for our mixed families, totaling 10 people. Everyone had a private bath. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and super fun with a great view of the ocean- perfect for sunsets! Location is nice for everything on the Kona side (beaches, town, marina), but it is a hike to get to black sand beach, volcanoes NP and Hilo from here. Loved every minute- would highly recommend.

Excellent House for a Large Family

The house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and the backyard was a perfect setting for family gatherings. We loved watching the sunset from the Lanai and the big table in the dining room was awesome for the 9 of us to have family meals. Kona coast was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for every meal.

Fantastic Girl’s Birthday

Beautiful home with breathtaking views that is well appointed, well cared for and well appointed. The nine of us had room to spread out and come together we were centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The trade winds kept the house cool and the bedroom A/C kept us cool on those warm evenings! Appreciate the responsiveness of Kona Coast to our requests.

Great - but no internet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Kewena5 last week and had a great experience. My only complaint is the wifi was not usable. I complained four different times without success of the internet being fixed. We rented this house as a company and had to inconvenience ourselves by fitting in time to stop at a coffee shop for wifi. Other than no internet, the place was beautiful and clean. We also felt very safe the entire stay.

Kona vacation

The house was wonderful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were comfy and air conditioning led to refreshing sleep. There is a cook’s kitchen with ample utensils, bowls, and specialty pans to make anything you want to make. The pots and pans were new and all appliances were updated. In addition to a large fridge in the kitchen they have another fridge in the breakfast area which we used as a beverage fridge. The house was well stocked. We had plenty of paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. for our 2 week stay. The outside is wonderful. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. There is an abundance of seating options to sun bath or enjoy the incredible views. We ate all meals outside on the large table on the covered patio. There is an additional patio area upstairs that is wonderful for watching sunsets and enjoying the view. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable. They have a book exchange just up the street which was convenient and well stocked. If you are staying here in the heat of summer the main part of the house is not air conditioned. It was hot during our stay but we spent the majority of the day outside. There are overhead fans in all rooms so that helped move the air nicely in the evenings. If you have a large group this is a wonderful house. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a few suggestions

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We .loved our family vacation in the home. A few suggestions: instructions on how to keep the refrigerator and freezer running cold and continuously. Kept coming home to a temperature not suitable for some foods. Cameras several places inside the home? Jacuzzi jets in master bath turns on for one minute each morning. Never used. Never any water in tub. Pool too warm some days after too cool others. Umbrella stand by pool needs repair. More towels for master bath like in other bedroom/ baths. Three bath towels for master? Better instructions for washing items before leaving. We washed all towels, including dish towels, beach towels, and bath towels. What are "excess towels"? Maybe some grass instead of lava rocks for landscaping? Perfect for our family of five adult children and spouses. Beautiful home. We would lobe to return.

Just perfect!

Large group for the Ironman. Loved this property. We were nervous about AC only being in the bedrooms but it was totally fine! Great space to spread out. Loved having a wet bar and extra frig. Helped so much with food prep for our large group. Would definitely stay here again!
