“A lovely clean apartment a 5 min drive from a beautiful beaches and beach bar. This is a great base for exploring the island . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The host is lovely and gave us some recommendations for activities and dinner which didn’t disappoint. We loved our trip and hope to be back next summer. ”

“Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. With all the basic essentials, some of which are starting to look slightly tired. Satellite TV would be a nice addition along……

“We had a lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walking distance from restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful coves and beaches, safe for children to play in 10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return ”

“We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that.”

“This is a very nice apartment and you the owner is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is in a quiet position but you can reach the main beaches and best places in 10/20 minutes. I found it great!!”

“We were a family of 7 people, all over 50 years old. The only thing we can point out is that if someone has problems walking, there are several level differences in the house. The house is for 10 people but there were only 7 sun loungers, which we pointed out but we didn't get any extra. At the risk of being nitpicky, I just want to say everything else was perfect, we can really imagine coming back.”
