“Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.
However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they……

“The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four.
The showers are a little small though.
The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more.
The facilities were good. Everything you could want.
The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was.
The thing that lets it down is the outside area. The exit off the main road is uneven and not even a proper road as the……
