We arrived early since our flight was early morning. We were going to check in early, but after finding out the additional charge, decided to just leave our bags with the luggage concierge. We attempted again to check in. After waiting in a rather long line, the desk clerk told us we had to wait an additional 6 minutes since check-in was in 6 minutes. She expected us to go back to the end of the line and wait the 6 minutes. This was extremely frustrating after a very early 5-hour flight. Why couldn’t she simply have checked us in and just have our room keys unlock after a certain check-in time? This was not a good way to introduce us to Harrah’s in Las Vegas. And we had just stayed at the Harrah’s in Biloxi and Atlantic City.
