“The place itself was nice and the location was convenient for the ferry. However, we specifically booked this property and paid extra compared to other options because the listing said there was a washing machine. When we arrived, we were told there was no washing machine, which was very frustrating as we are on a long road trip and needed to do laundry.
We also messaged the hotel through Expedia before arriving but never received a reply. Once there, it was almost impossible to reach a staff……

“Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber gut aus. Der Eingangsbereich sah gut gepflegt und einladend aus. Leider erinnerten die Zimmer, das Bad und der Flur an einen Campingplatz oder ein Motel. In der Dusche war Schimmel, dies habe ich aber gemeldet und man wird sich sicher drum kümmern. Hunde sind in dem Hotel erlaubt, dies riecht man auch in dem Flur.
