“The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. “The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. “Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
