Once you check into your 15th floor 180-degree panoramic ocean & mountain view Penthouse, your dream vacation experience has just started! Because we understand how the first day of traveling can be challenging, we’ve got your back with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Take a moment and sit back on your balcony, relax while you enjoy the picturesque scene before your adventure begins.

Our 15th floor penthouse is extremely private with only 4 villas on the floor. You have an abundance of deluxe amenities including plush towels, super soft bedding, bathroom niceties, oversized beach towels, full-size washer/dryer, signature state-of-the-art kitchens designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Sub-Zero, Wolf appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances and kitchenware needed to serve a gourmet dinner or prepare afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon pools, sand-bottom pool for the kids to enjoy, spas, dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues and a smoke-free premise. Plus, just a hop, skip and jump to the beach.

Location, Location, Location: Famous for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunniest side of Oahu, and only 21 miles from the Honolulu airport. This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. We booked this condo for 8 days and could not have been happier. The unit itself was super clean and very well supplied with a great kitchen, which is important to me. We had a small hiccup with the cable box going out but the management was very quick to respond & get it fixed. The condo community has beautiful grounds with multiple pools and hot tubs, and the access to the lagoon was great for ocean swimming. The Ko Olina neighborhood was quiet and secluded from the traffic & noise of downtown Honolulu, but it was an easy drive to get to all of the regular tourist spots and activities. We were able to easily book golf at the Ko Olina course but the Paradise Cove Luau, located within the neighborhood, was booked so we went a couple miles down the road to Chief’s Luau, also within a reasonable drive. So location, amenities, and staff make this a great place to stay!

From rental to check out the process couldn’t have been better. Holly and Lynn were very helpful and always available. But the best part is the unit. Fantastic view! Well equipped kitchen for my husband the chef. Very comfortable furnishings. I hope to return.

From the time I rented the flat online to my check out the experience has been brilliant. The view from lanai isn’t breathtaking and the Ko’olina location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. My daughter and I had the best time. Looking forward to returning again!

We have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, and this was our first stay at this condo. We really enjoyed the peaceful serene sunsets, and the spacious condo. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need, the bedding is nice and soft and the home is nicely furnished including large TVs. The unit also included beach towels, chairs and toys for the beach including a wagon to carry everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was nice, clean and good location. Lagoons are ok but not clear as a normal beach. Good for kids but not for snorkeling. PH1503 was well appointed and comfortable. The view is partially blocked by another building, fyi. Still nice views with sunsets! Very busy area. Close to stores and restaurants. We walked to other resorts for dinner. Only 10 minutes to Marroitt, Aluni, and Four Seasons. Only a bar on site.

We were here with our adult children and this was our first time on the island. Booking and communication with the property manager was great. This is a beautiful property and great location with something for everyone. The penthouse was clean and the view amazing! It was great to have the fully stocked kitchen, with a lot of eating and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool, incredible lagoons and the gym. Great place to stay on Oahu!

Our Perfect Vacation
This is our second time staying at Ko Olina, our first time in this condo. The condo was as advertised! It was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, beach toys, rolling cart, and had modern TVs that had easy access to all of the latest streaming services. The condo really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai was breath taking and we cannot wait to come back. Communication with property management was quick and helpful. We really count ask for a better place to stay while in Oahu!

If you want to avoid the crowds I get the great beaches, definitely stay here! The lagoon was perfect. The property was immaculate. The communication was perfect. However, if you want to use an Uber or a lift, this is not the place for you. There are very few available. Make sure to rent a car!

Best Place to Stay in Ko Olina
This two-bedroom suite has everything we needed for less than the price of two rooms at the Four Seasons or Aulani. Superb 180 degree ocean view from the spacious lanai, which comes with beach chairs and toys. With a sofa bed, it can sleep up to six people comfortably. Up to date kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker that grinds beans (from, e.g., Island Vintage Coffee in the nearby shopping center). Deep soaking bathtub and large shower in the master bedroom and separate large shower in the second bedroom. Very nice HD TVs with DVR in each bedroom as well as the living room. Three stools allow you to eat in the kitchen, or you can use the dining room table. Below is a large fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, an adult pool, a large meandering family lagoon pool, and a nice tiki bar, and just outside a fantastic place to swim in the ocean or lie in the sun or shade: a large protected lagoon. Only significant criticism is that the two parking spots are very tight for anything but a compact car; we somehow squeezed in our Infiniti SUV and Chevy Malibu rentals but you have to fold in the side mirror on the pole side and be extremely careful, including backing out. Tennis is available (ask for the Marriott member discount even if you’re not) including a new can of balls at the Four Seasons. Ko Olina Golf is a beautiful and challenging course that is playable at all levels.
