This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront ground floor home with incredible ocean views comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking family dinners or relaxing at home with the family and enjoying the views that Hawaii has to offer right from your kitchen. Relax on your lovely ground floor lanai, equipped with an expansive grassy area just like your own backyard.

Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 extra-long twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed). There are 3 bathrooms; the master bathroom has dual sinks with a sunken tub and a separate shower. The guest bathroom also has a separate shower stall.

Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii's Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery. Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth the hour's drive and you'll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Turtle Beach to name a few. The resort itself is home to the island's best and most authentic luau - Paradise Cove. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park; Kapolei's 16-plex movie theater, and shopping at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, and Costco for souvenirs and all your needs is just a short drive.

Family vacation
This unit has everything to help your stay feel like home. Plenty of space including 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The lanai and space outside the unit was lush with greenery and flowers and a nice sitting area for us to relax. The pool, hot tub and walk-in pool for little ones right outside door. There is a bar and there are multiple barbecue grills with tables. There was easy access to beach and paths to walk along to see other nearby beach areas. The unit had everything to make your beach day fun including mats, cooler, chairs, snorkel masks and more (we didn’t get to use these things but it was nice that they were there if we had time). There were several military jet fly overs that were cool to see but not a nuisance. The local area was also beautiful with grocery stores and shopping nearby. We hope to come back to Oahu and stay in this unit again because it was beautiful. I cannot say enough.

Beautiful villa - fabulous location
I travel to Hawaii a lot and Ko Olina captured my heart. I didn’t think Oahu could be this good. Villa and property is outstanding in every way. I was so glad we had a ground floor with the view of the pool and grounds. The lanai is spacious and the place is well equipped with everything you need. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will be back.

Wonderful Return to Oahu!
We had a wonderful vacation in Oahu and enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort! I had not been to Oahu since 1993 and much had changed but the island is still a relaxing place to visit. We loved our ground floor villa! The unit felt very spacious for our family of five, and it was nice to just go out from the lanai to the pool or to go on a walk or run along the beaches. We happened to have friends from high school, college and dental school who lived on Oahu, and we entertained there several nights. The barbecue grills were very handy, and the grounds were well maintained. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again!

Condo location is great. Right next to pool and close to beach. On check in at 3 pm, the unit was not ready. The washer broke the day we were leaving with wet clothes in it. Called the management company but could only leave a message. Frustrating.

Excellent location. The beach was incredible and unit included great beach chairs to enjoy watching everyone playing in the ocean. Wonderful walks in the area. Condo had TVs in each room. Kids had their own bathroom as did the 2 other bedrooms. Nice having washer and dryer in the unit. Only down side was very few towels (each person only had 1 towel + washcloth for the week). Also surprised with as nice as the unit was that the kitchen was not better equipped. Regardless we’d definitely go back!

Great Family Villa
We’ve been going to these villas for years. This is our first ground unit and we really enjoyed. The villa was clean, the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the beach chairs leave something to be desired. Other than that we had a wonderful time.
