“This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. To a large extent, the Karavados Beach Hotel allowed us to do that, but ….. there were a few things that could’ve been better - let’s get those out of the way first …… The main disappointment, and not the hotel’s fault per se,……

“No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed”

“Perantzada was the centerpiece of my time on Ithaca. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with bright blue walls, flowers everywhere, breathtaking views over the harbor, and the perfect location—just a short walk into town while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our room and balcony were spectacular for relaxing or watching the sunset with a spritz. Most afternoons were spent lounging by the beautiful pool (with Paloma, the sweetest poolside snuggle kitty, making every day even better). What……

“Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The place has a couple quirks to be mindful of. Parking is tight and limited so be flexible if you're coming in late in the……

“Our hosts, Popi and Panis were extremely kind and attentive. They served us a daily delicious breakfast. The villa is in a great location in Assos! It's just a block away from the town center. There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!”

“Die Lage des White Rocks Hotels ist zweifellos wunderschön. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, und das Meeresrauschen vor allem in der Nacht ist herrlich. Für uns war jedoch ein großes Manko, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, im Freien zu frühstücken. Gerade bei dieser traumhaften Lage wäre das ein echtes Highlight. Die wunderschöne Terrasse, die am Abend für das À-la-carte-Restaurant genutzt wird, wäre dafür perfekt geeignet. Wir hatten einen Sea Front Bungalow, der sehr schön war. Die Terrasse……

“Suxh a warm welcome at Dina Apartments. Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. Close to Argostoli a good location to use as a base but would recommend having the use of a car. Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk.”

Důležité je, že bylo opravdu čisté a především na překrásném místě s fascinujícím výhldem na mořskou zátoku s nezapomenutelným plaváním v ní.Toto místo jsme si zamilovali, velmi milý a vstřícný hostitel, jistě zde nejsme naposledy. “The pool area was beautifully landscaped with olive trees, gorgeous flowers, plants and an abundance of rosemary. We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. Visitors need to be aware of the construction work below of a new, very large hotel. Only the roofs are visible fortunately, but there is some noise if you go to the nearest small beach. The restaurant was excellent on the few times……
