It features one bedroom and additional sleeping space, making it suitable for a flexible sleeping arrangement. Guests can enjoy a 40 m² private terrace with outdoor furniture, as well as access to a heated communal swimming pool and a hot tub. The property is fully air-conditioned and includes complimentary Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed, and private open-air parking is available on site. Set in the charming coastal town of Karlobag, the apartment is ideally positioned just 100 meters from a scenic rocky beach and 500 meters from a local restaurant, offering easy access to both relaxation and dining. The surrounding area is known for its tranquil atmosphere and stunning waterfront views. Zadar Airport is located approximately 61 kilometers away, providing convenient international and domestic travel connections for arriving guests. Inside, the independent electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils for a comfortable self-catering experience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and a safe for personal belongings. A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking, and satellite TV offers in-room entertainment.
