“La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos. La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière. La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.”

“Quarto era amplo mas hotel um pouco antigo. Nao tem elevador e escada estreita. Dificil de subir com mala grande. A sra que ficava no local deixou para comprar as coisas do cafe da manha so quando pedimos. So tinha pao e manteiga. Perguntei do queijo e ela foi comprar queijo e leite. É bem localizado. O quarto é bom.”

“A very nice hotel in a nice location. We had a restful sleep in a nice room. Easy parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant area and a great breakfast. Great selection of cocktails and local Cremants. The spa massages were great as well as the pool and sauna. The only small, tiny improvement would be a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.”

“L'établissement est bien situé en ville, juste à côté du lac ainsi que des restaurants. Celui-ci est très bien entretenu, les parties communes et la chambre sont propre et spacieux. Les agents de l'hotel sont très sympathiques et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.”

“The hotel offers a very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast hall is small but the buffet has a good selection for 12€ per person. The restaurant is also quite good. The staff are friendly and mostly speak English. The location is right next to a big parking which offers free overnight parking. The hotel is across the street from the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. There is a ski equipment rental shop across the street and a laundromat where you can dry your ski clothes for 1€. The hotel……
