“Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much……

“Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless.
The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient.

“From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ ”
