"2nd stay at this hotel, and it was perfect again. I selected a larger room as the family was traveling together this time. We stayed 1 night in the family room with 4 twin beds. The room was just what we needed for a quick layover. The staff was friendly, checkin/out was simple, and the room was clean. With great food options just outside, we enjoyed Hanayama Udon in the Garden area and stopped at Lawson to grab a nightcap beer on the way back. "
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Healthy breakfast, friendly staff, extremely clean everywhere. Keys don’t let access to other than your floor, which since we had two groups in different floors caused us a minor delay with luggage, but I can see for safety it’s a good idea."
"Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling.

"I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel).
Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel.
The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy.
I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend."
"The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the gender-separated common hot tubs. Their complimentary shuttle service to the airport and subway stations was very convenient and another great reason to stay here.
Wonderful stay here! Among all the good things, the complimentary buffet-style breakfast was the highlight for our family—especially for our two college-aged sons who truly enjoyed it! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Japan on our way to South Korea.
