I I booked my stay for Friday to check in on the ninth but I booked my rooms and pay for them back on Tuesday like the fifth I read two nights at this region two more of the pricing was the same a word the king room for both I needed the premium and I asked for no smoking and I had no problems with Staybridge matter fact they wouldn’t buck on all the extra vans but whatever I show up though 1 o’clock 2 o’clock in the afternoon I was checking in they were acting as if they couldn’t find my reservation for Expedia but I had a booking on I showed them everything and then the manager lady came up and said well can’t she can’t see the reservation when I have no idea why they have always been able to before so she just told me I’m just gonna go rebook the room myself on her own account and that it would be the same price as my one with this long story short go to that room it was a much much cheaper room just two queen beds with no one of the good good bedding the other one has a separate kitchen with our top I’ll pull out sweeper a couple of chairs all his furniture and all I had in this room was the third floor and there was two plain beds and none of the space no chairs no nothing I believe that the managers are there I was telling me she was born only choice and there was nothing she could do about it but that was the only room she had available but she didn’t tell me this morning she called me the same room and I asked her the same as the same price as what I did with that and
