I was very pleased with this property. It was clean and fully equipped for a week stay I had a one bedroom which was larger than I expected. The location was great - close to many sites and transportation

Excellent - liked everything - check in guy great! - fast, friendly, answered all questions and seemed genuinely interested in us having a good stay. Room great - kitchen, balcony, big screen TV with streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Disney ,You Tube etc). Bed comfortable , accommodation spotless and even a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge.

Always easy to checkin and the room was excellent. Very good value.

First, i would go back here. Its a decent place. Friendly staff. Nice room. It would have been better if i had been told no one would ckean or even offer new towels for tge $280 per night room. It would also be nice to have proper cooking "tools" ... a pan that matches the size of the element, glasses to drink from, a mixing bowl. There is a really nice kitchen, but it's hard to cook in it. Overall, a solid okay.

Everything was fine except for 1 big problem. At checkout the person said that a receipt will be emailed to me, as the printed receipt was unclear due to a printer problem. Well, the receipt did not come. It took 3 emails to correct an error of misunderstanding on the hotel's part, as they were not planning to email a receipt. Finally a receipt did arrive. I do not understand the problem. It should not be difficult to fulfill their promise to email a receipt. This is not the way things should be for a hotel of this price range. This is unfortunate as it spoiled what was a very good stay otherwise. The concierge was excellent.
