Leider wurden unsere Zimmer an 2 von 7 Tagen nicht sauber gemacht unteranderem auch nicht richtig. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und gestunken hatte es auch jedes Mal aufs Neue nach Abfluss, Toilette. In den pool’s leider ab und an auch. Die Leute waren auch sehr unverschämt und haben keine Manieren (die Gäste) Katastrophal.. der Kiosk der dort drinne ist, die reinste abzocke 😃 die Preise sind unverschämt. Und leider ist der Preis dieses Hotels auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Sie sollten lieber mal aktuelle Fotos des Hotels ins Internet stellen. Wir waren am Ende des Hotels im Zimmer , die Lüftung oder was auch immer war sehr laut und jedes Mal hat es getropft. 5 Sterne sind etwas anderes. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig, es war fast immer das selbe jeden Tag. Und morgens und mittags sowieso.

Gayet güzel geçti yoğun bir dönemde gittik ama herşey iyiydi oda temizliği güzeldi denize de uzak değil tedirgin gittik ama hiç öyle denilen gibi uzak değildi otel içi zaten köprüden geçiyorsun sadece yüreyek gidiliyor otel kocaman zaten denizi de güzeldi havuzu kocaman bölüm bölüm en kalabalık zaman da bile boş yerler var onca insan olmasına rağmen hiç iç içe olmadık kaydıraklar eğlenceliydi dondurma güzeldi tatlılar normal gayet eğlendik teşekkürler 5 gece kaldık yetmedi 😃

We hebben met gezin de laatste jaren enkele resorts bezocht, vooral Side en lara Beach, Kemer haden we nog geen ervaringen mee maar het was prachtig. Vanaf het zwembad en zee zag je hoge bergen. De resort zelf was schoon, goed eten en drinken, super personeel, fijne kamers en gangen ernaar toe. En ja, het wemelt er van de Russen en alle omschrijvingen staan eerst in het Russisch en dan Engels. Maar je hebt er totaal geen last van, ze zijn correct en keurig in het gehele resort. We hebben maar 1 Nederlandstalig gezin gezien, dus als je een praatje wilt houden met landgenoten dan gaat dat hier niet lukken, maar dat hoeft voor ons niet. We komen zeker terug in regio Kemer. Lara Beach en Side is veel meer luidruchtiger met andere bezoekers uit west-Europa

Bayram da ailemle kalabalık tatil planımız için tercih ettik. Family roomda konakladık. Tesis çok büyük ve her türlü imkan var. Özellikle çocuklar çok eğledi.. Отдыхали семьей в октябре 2021г Персонал старательный. Но много недочётов, уборка номера - как придётся. Мы заехали - на лестнице был кусочек грецкого орешка, и через 8 дней нашего пребывания так и остался.. Много случаев было кишечной инфекции , с температурой и расстройством кишечника. Питание нормальное, мест всем хватало. Море замечательное, песчаный пляж. Учитывая скидки - приобрели путевку в этот отель, но втрой раз не планируем его посетить.

Restaurant services not that good, no variety of food, bar staff not professional. Their doctor is a young female without any knowledge and impolite. The resort area is very big, but no beach view from rooms, you have to walk and cross the private private pedestrian bridge to get to beach.

Zeer slechte ervaring in een 0 sterren waard hotel. We konden pas na 17:00 in checken. Het personeel is zeer onvriendelijk. Ze zijn Russen gericht. Als ze een Russische vrouwelijke zagen viel hun mond open. Animatoren waren nergens te bespeuren. De naam van het hotel zouden ze best veranderen naar “RUSSIAN HOTEL”. De kamers zijn verouderd en vuil. Het ontbijt is absoluut niet gevarieerd. Door slechte service en bediening zijn we vroeger MOETEN vertrekken. Om de strand te bereiken moet je via een brug de autostrade oversteken. de strand is zeer klein voor een hotel met 2000 gasten. De Russische gasten en het personeel waren zeer arrogant en onbeschoft. De Russen respecteerden niet de coronamaatregelen, beurt afwachten is hen onbekend. Ik heb in Kemer in veel 5 sterren hotels verbleven maar dit hotel was een nachtmerrie. Absoluut geen aanrader voor de Europeanen. Lees aub de reviews voor je reserveert. Dank aan kelner Omer Bakir en Zeynep (aan de koffiebar), die vriendelijk behulpzaam en correct waren. Very bad experience in a 0 star hotel. We couldn't check in until after 17:00. The staff is very unfriendly. They are russian oriented. When they saw a Russian female, their jaws dropped. Animators were nowhere to be seen. They should change the name of the hotel to “RUSSIAN HOTEL”. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The breakfast is absolutely not varied. Due to poor service and management we HAD to leave early. To reach the beach you have to cross the highway via a bridge.

Otel gayet güzeldi, konaklama şartları ve özellikle havuz çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı ve ana restaurantta yemek yediğinizde hizmet kalitesi çok düşüktü. Ama genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Meyveler cok kötüydü bence meyve tedarikçilerini değiştirmeliler. Özellikle 6 gecede aldığım karpuzun hiç birini bitiremedi.

Would not recommend to US citizens. It's too visible that they do not like people from US. Too risky to stay there. We learned it quickly. The place is fine for Russia region visitors. Overall, nice place to stay.

Karanlık manzarasız bir oda verildi oda kirliydi(özellikle koltuk yatak baş kısmı lavabo).meyve ve sebzeler iyi yıkanmamıştı. personel ilgisizdi(iş yoğunluğu nedeniyle)şikayetlerimi gerekli yerlere iletmeme rağmen dikkate alınmadı araba park yeri gösteren bir görevli yoktu

Harika Bir Balayı

Amara Prestige geç açılacağı için bizi Amara Dölce Vita Club Luxury ye aldılar. Başlı başına bir şehir olan bu hotel kendine ait sahili açık kapalı havuzları restaurantları mağazaları oyun alanları canlı müzikleri ve hayvanat bahçesi ile çok büyük, beklentilerimizin üstünde imkanlarla karşıladı bizi. Balayına özel süprizleriyle bize unutulmazı yaşattı.
