“Nice place”

“We stayed over the July 4th weekend - the property is small but set up great. The screened in porch and the hot tub was awesome! The town is super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again!”

“It was a lovely home with many modern conveniences with interesting furnishings and decor. There was a lot of thought and time that went into everything we found in this home. My husband said I was like a kid on Christmas everytime I discovered something else (and he liked the new gadgets in the kitchen). There were only 2 of us, but with the bedrooms and the sofa beds, there was room for more. The home was close to everything we wanted to explore. I also enjoyed the view from the window……

“What a great beachfront property. All the amenities you would want from a beach house and a location that is hard to beat. The house isn’t just on the beach, it’s literally on top of it. It has all the amenities you would hope for in a VRBO and then add a full house speaker system, an elaborate shower, and laundry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN will we visit Karen’s house again in the future! Highly recommended. ”

“Property was as described and according to photos. Children’s toys only consisted of card games, and there was no children’s dinnerware which was listed as provided. Kitchen was not well stocked, as there were no baking supplies and we needed to use the oven. Beds were comfortable and there was ample bedding, pillows, blankets, and towels. There was ample parking. Ceiling fans were amazingly quiet and appreciated in each room. Was difficult to use showers only for children’s baths. Property……

“We had a great stay here despite the rain for 3 of the 4 days. The hosts were excellent and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place. It’s in a small quiet community but not far to drive to anything you need. The beach here is beautiful and not busy. ”

“Captain’s Cottage was great !! Nice location, quiet town, secluded beach. The house was cozy, nice furniture and beds. We had a couple of questions, and the host responded promptly. Highly recommended this place !!”

“This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend lax tourney at the DE turf complex. It's so spacious, well-equipped, and full of amenities that made the stay extra fun. Teenage boys loved the backyard pool, the theatre, and the games in the basement. Kristy was a gracious and responsive host! ”

“Very nice stay for us. Clean bright space. Loved the accommodation of each room with their own lock, desk, fridge and tv. Shower, no bath but otherwise prefect for our family. Felt secure with the cameras in front and back. Was thankful for this space so close to my grandmother. ”
