Enjoy a vacation in the heart of Paradise!! Located in the prestigious Key Colony Beach, this recently updated single story home is just right for 4 people to enjoy all the amazing activities the beautiful FL Keys have to offer. World class fishing, diving and snorkeling are all just a short ride away. Spot a few manatees or load your boat with ease in the canal offering 30’ of dockage right in the backyard. A brand new bait freezer and fish cleaning station make cleaning your catch a breeze.

Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with Xfinity TV and Wi-Fi. New Weber grill and patio furniture. Full size washer and dryer.

Looking for some R&R? Relax and unwind at the exclusive Cabana Club located less than 450ft away. Our guests have access to the private club’s gorgeous white sand beach, pristine zero entry pool, super-sized hot tub and delightful food/beverage service. Also just a short walk away is Key Colony Inn where you can enjoy an incredible meal, live music and they will cook your catch too! Or celebrate the last light of day at Sunset Park with the locals just a little further down the road. Key West is less than an hour away on the scenic overseas highway and makes a perfect day trip. An unforgettable tropical vacation awaits you in the middle keys at Razz’s Retreat.

-4 person maximum capacity per KCB rules.

-All reservation must run from a Saturday to Saturday in season (Dec-Mar). Exceptions possible please send inquiry.

-No partial weeks are allowed (7 day minimum rental).

-Boat approval required. Must provide overall length, make and model details ahead of booking. The property offers 30 feet of dockage with neighboring boats bow to stern. To ensure your boat will fit, please subtract two feet necessary for tide swings, leaving 28 feet for the length overall of the vessel including pulpit on the bow and outboard engine(s) tilted up or left down.

-Boat Trailer Parking: The owner of the trailer must be renter of property. Temporary boat trailer parking may be available in the designated area off 8th street for a fee paid at City Hall.

-ID verification required ahead of stay.

Great place in KCB! We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The property was clean and had a very broad assortment of everything needed to get the most out of our stay. The screened-in porch was great, and you can also sit right on the canal of this nicely-landscaped home. It is very close to the Cabana Club and Havana Jack’s bar and grill, and only a few minutes more to the Inn at Key Colony. We have already booked again for next year, you cannot go wrong with this one!

Razz Retreat had great outdoor space and was overall a good stay. Thoughtful small amenities like a charging station and plenty of cups, pots and pans were appreciated. Some areas are a little worn in the bathrooms, but that didn't bother us much. Would hope to stay again, but this place is always booked!

This was one of the best, if not the best, properties we have stayed in for a rental property. It was so well furnished with everything one could need and very clean. It was the little amenities that most people do not think of that put it over the top. There were plenty of towels and beach towels that some seem to forget. The screened-in porch was great (a fan would be great for out there). The host was very prompt in responding to any inquiries and very gracious. I would stay here again without a second thought. I would highly recommend.

The perfect stay in paradise. So clean and well stocked. We are repeat stayers at this location. Can’t imagine there’s anyplace better! Beds are comfy, showers are great, and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Plus it’s walking distance to the Cabana Club.

Perfect quiet spot with many amenities

We have stayed in our share of rentals. This one was not only beautiful, but very thoughtfully stocked. The cabana club down the street was an added bonus. With this location you could be as close or far to happenings in Marathon or even Key West as you want! We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this house again when in the keys!!

Florida Keys 1st Timers

Four seasoned adults Road Tripped our way from Minnesota to Marathon, Florida. Razz's Retreat was truly a needed respite after a week of travel and living out of a suit case. The place was well stocked and conveniently located. The Cabana Club was a nice little added bonus! Some of our activities included a day trip to Key West, a day trip to the Dry Tortugas (sign up 5 months in advance), The Turtle Hospital (get there for the 9a guided tour) and hiking at Bahia Honda State Park.It was a pleasure to meet Dawn. She answered all questions and gave us a few recommendations. We will definitely return to Razz's Retreat if we ever come back to the Florida Keys!

Amazing get away!

The property was extremely clean well appointed with anything you need all the utensils pots pans appliances, etc were in perfect shape. Everything seemed updated and well taken care of, the outside was clean and inviting with a peaceful view of the canal. Overall, an amazing vacation!

A Jewel in the Keys

Perfect spot for a getaway. House is clean and comfortable with any amenity you might need. Great beds and showers and the location is quiet. The backyard is an oasis all on its own, and access to the beach club put the cherry on top of this perfect vacation spot. We will be back!
