Week get away

We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Pros: very clean, comfy bed and pillows, relatively short walk to Upper Duval, quiet, warm poolCons: Very small bathroom/shower, loud A/C and dehumidifier, no blackout shades for sleep- outside lights shine directly into room its daylight all night.

Cute, Clean, Convenient

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was like a home away from home. Super clean. Convenient location- close to everything but just far enough away. Didn't feel like you were on a main road. Mostly quiet & calming atmosphere. Would stay again!!

Very clean with nice pool

We had a very nice stay. I recommend renting bikes from the place down the block. You can get everywhere within 5 minutes on bicycle.

Brought my girlfriend here for suprise getaway. Place was great! Super clean, easy to get around. Beautiful grounds and close enough to strip but far enough as well. Really had no interactions besides cleaning lady. Would definitely go back, very romantic and quiet venue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. I would highly recommend room-darkening blinds or drapes. The current drapes are light filtering, where the room is almost as bright as daylight at night, making it very difficult to sleep.

Excellent easy self check in, room was spacious ( one of the bigger, I believe), clean, king bed was very comfortable, pillows worry the best I have stay on. Private, yet friendly other guess communication. Down stairs communities space is very spacious if traveling with other. Pool was nice and heated. Cleaning stay friendly and assisted when asked. Loved being so close to be able to walk thru most of old town. But many ways to get around. Only draw back parking is near impossible to find and very expensiv, so do plan to walk a lot.

My only issue is they need to install mini splits for A/C. The window A/C units are extremely loud. We did have one instance where the Smoke detector was going off all night. I believe it was because of the humidity.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a pleasant stay. Great location away from the crowds. Parking was a wonderful amenity! We appreciated the generous public spaces, endless pool towels and coffee. Owners were prompt in answering our questions. Other guests were mature, quiet, respectful. However, for the price, a few important factors were overlooked. The mattresses were woefully hard and in need of replacement. So much careful attention to details, including exquisite pillows and linens. But the mattresses were awful and we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Also the bathroom vanity wood was in poor condition, peeling/shredded/chunks missing. And one evening as we arrived back to the inn, as a work crew member was peeing in the bushes by the driveway and then walked back up to the porch zipping up his pants. Would we stay here again? For the price versus the negatives, probably not.
