10/31/2025 note: building management has confirmed that the water boiler problems affecting the entire building's hot water system is finally fixed. As our unit is on the third floor in the most quiet corner this also placed us further from the water source requiring taps to run longer than normal to heat up. For the winter season guests will have no trouble enjoying very hot showers.

Locally owned and managed for 8 years now - we offer 24/7 check in and support services if any need should arise and taken care of through the offices just around the corner. You never need to worry about not getting someone on the phone to answer questions or offer assistance.

Come stay in our quiet 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located in the heart of River Run village -- just steps from shopping, restaurants and the River Run gondola.

Our Unit provides the following comforts for use during your stay with us:

The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combination with stone tiling. The guest bedroom features a plush queen bed. The second bathroom features a single sink and a shower/tub combination. In addition, the comfy queen size pull out sofa sleeps 2 individuals. You will also find a humidifier and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

The living room has a fireplace, reclining lazyboy and overstuffed furniture that invites you to relax and recuperate after a long day of adventures that Keystone has to offer.

The kitchen has all the necessary essentials for your convenience including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bowls for mixing and storage, full silverware and cooking utensils, pots/pans/crock pot, plates, cups, and bowls.

Additionally, Silver Mill offers the following conveniences for your use during your stay:

• High speed wifi

• Two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building.

• Laundry facilities are located on the 4th and 5th floors. (This unit is on the 3rd floor which makes the laundry facilities very convenient if needed)

• A spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, game tables, and a pool table.

• Two hot tubs, sauna, outdoor grills and access to the Dakota pool

Family Getaway

Loved the condo and the location. Very short walk to the River Run Gondola. Unit was well laid out and our party of 5 had plenty of room. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice Spot

We weren't able to check-in initially, as a mistake with the dates had been made, but they corrected it quickly and got us in. Overall a nice spot to stay, very close to everything you could want.

Weekend Get Away

There to ski for a couple of days over a holiday weekend. Unit was comfortable and perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. There are multiple restaurants/bars within a 1-2 min walk of the lobby, and only a 3-4 min. walk to the lifts. The ski locker and heated garage were great additional amenities to have. Would absolutely stay there again.

Location!

Enjoyed our stay. The highlight was being able to walk to the lifts and not have to schlep our gear back into a car or a bus. Access to a ski locker was great, but note there is one ski locker key if you’re heading to and from the slopes in waves or separate groups. Felt it was quiet once in the property and couldn’t hear neighbors. Property owner was responsive. Thanks!

Location, Location, Location!

Close to walk to gondola. My family visits Keystone every Christmas and we love staying as close to the gondola as possible without breaking the bank. This was a great condo for my family of 5, with the stairs right there outside our condo door to use if you wanted to go for dinner, etc. It is the end condo which made it more quiet than others we have stayed in at Silvermill. The host was quick to respond to an extra humidifier request and very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful

We have stayed in the Silver Mill numerous times and would not hesitate to do so again. I really love the underground parking so we're not loading and unloading in the middle of a snow storm. Also love the ski lockers which avoids us from having to haul all of our gear up to the room or back to our car every day. Very clean. Any questions we needed answering, owners were very prompt and helpful. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

Lovely 2br condo right in the middle of everything at Keystone

Came up for husband’s gig at Wine & Jazz fest. Lovely modern condo overlooking village. Was perfectly convenient for us, right near stage. Right in the middle of everything. Great, unless you’re looking for privacy and quiet.

Great Stay!

Had a great multi-day stay here in June ‘24. Location - Location - Location: There is lots of good food and coffee within walking distance. Lots of trails and walking paths. Condo was clean, comfortably furnished. Had no problems at all except that, like I read in other reviews, we could never get the fireplace to work. Owner will send you a thorough packet of the condo and surrounding area and check-in/out procedures. They are communicative and organized.

Great Location!

Fabulous location near restaurants, shops & slopes!! Quiet end unit with comfortable seating for 4 adults in family area. Great to have covered parking for the car. Our other guests paid 25 a night to park in the River Run Ski Lot. It would of been nice if the unit provided additional towels for the hot tub & sauna. Also, the unit only had 2 drinking/water glasses & 2 tiny wine glasses in the unit. They did have 4 (1-2 oz) wine tasting glasses, but really those are worthless unless you are actually wine tasting. These were little things, I hope the management company will correct. : )

Perfect condo!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Great bedding. Only negative was the fireplace didn’t work but not enough of an issue to me that I didn’t contact anyone. The fact that the unit is at the end of the hall makes the stairwell access so easy to spill right out on the main pavilion of River Run. The ski locker was awesome and well as all the hooks by the front door drop zone. Could have had more glassware but plenty of ceramic cups of for coffee and the appliances were all spotless! The bathrooms were immaculate as well and the underground heated garage was a huge bonus. You are issued a key card from Summit Rentals which is an easy process after hours. The key card provides access to the condo and all the outside access points as well as the garage. It’s a secure property!
