Ski-in, ski-out at Peru Express Lift - Mountain House

Avoid the crowds at River Run!

This is a Ski-In, Ski-Out Studio. We are at the base of Mountain House. The Kids Ski & Ride School is across from our building. For riders, the Peru Express Lift takes you to the top of Area 51.

Our condo sleeps 4. It has a queen size bed and a double size sleeper couch. The balcony over looks the plaza.

Enjoy two hot tubs right outside the door to our building.
and the coin operated laundry is right next to our condo.

You will have access to the free bus service in and around Keystone, and also the free bus service offered by Summit Stage to surrounding cities of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. There is underground parking for 1 vehicle.

Summer and Fall: Golf at 3 championship golf courses.
Bike in the Rocky Mountains, on trails or bike paths.
Hike the many trails, easy to very difficult.

Wonderful short stay

My son and I stayed for three nights and skied two days at Keystone. The condo was perfect for two people and the location couldn’t be any better. Convenient garage parking and ski locker a big plus.

Summit County Summer

What a great find! This place was incredibly clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. It's tucked away from the crowded areas which meant it was perfect for sleeping with the window open and sitting on the deck with a blanket and cup of coffee in the early morning. It's situated centrally to Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorn. The host was very responsive and friendly with the check-in process when my phone decided to not load the full instructions. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Lovely little apartment

This is a great property to ski Keystone. It is a lovely little studio that is well stocked. You have to take the shuttle to River Run to access restaurants after 4 but the shuttle service is very efficient.

Perfect Location

Absolutely amazing location. The room was a lil small for a family of 4, but would I stay here again, absolutely without a doubt. Property management was excellent with a small issue we had. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great location. Loved the lockers,garage, and especially the proximity to the slopes. Shorter walk to the Peru lift than any parking I've ever had at Keystone. Condo was clean and cozy. It is a small place but it was great for me, my wife and teenage son. Would love to stay here again!

Great Location

Great location. Right next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the Goat Soup and Whiskey Tavern. This location is going to be my “go to” when skiing Keystone.

Perfect for ski stay

Small studio at the foot of the mtn. Great for a ski stay. A little off the beaten path for a summer visit but was comfortable and clean. A little wear and tear in the bathroom is showing. Would stay here again.

Comfy, clean, convenient

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days, it is a little small but good for 2 adults. Very clean and we found the bed super comfortable! Cannot beat the location and ease of skiing with lockers and room! Very pleased and we would recommend it, especially for couples.

Perfect Small Condo

This was a conveniently located condo for the price. It was close enough to the Peru Express lift that I could drop by for lunch and get back to skiing easily and quickly. The place was clean, fresh with a comfortable bed.

Couldn't be a closer ski-out location for Keystone Resort!

This was a wonderful clean 1 bedroom condo unit with a pull out bed from the couch that fit my two children well. I definitely recommend this rental.

Functional space, great location, great host!

The host offered the absolute clearest directions and information making arrival and check-in the easiest ever. We stopped on the way in at Target to get meal prep items and were pleased to find an olive and avocado oils in the cabinet from previous visitors (since I forgot to add that to my list). There were nice touches (water, mints, games) and we enjoyed our time very much. Would love to return!

Best of Slopeside

Everything you need and more for a comfortable and convenient stay. So close to the Peru lift you could pop in for lunch. Roomier than some of the Slopeside condos we’ve stayed in. And better stocked. We appreciated that prior guests excesses were left behind for our use, like coffee filters, cooking oil, sugar. Things like this matter.
