“The Hotel is very comfortable, and staff are outstanding; they couldn’t be more helpful. It is in a good area, and close to many amenities. One huge bonus is the ample on-street parking. I had a big vehicle (a truck) and there was always adequate parking immediately outside. ”

“Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”
