“I am not sure what went wrong. I booked the hotels in Feb. for 3 executive suite and in the day of check-in 1. Hotel said that there is no booking record 2. After contacting Hotels. com Cust Sve- hotel too resend the booking,, then Lemon tree said they have record but can only provide 2 rooms I/o 3 rooms as they don’t have enough executive suite 3.
