Pacific Shores #B-109 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo, TV, and free WIFI. There are 2 queen beds, a NEW queen sofa bed (2024), and a walk-in shower (no tub). Window air conditioning in the living room only, and ceiling fans throughout. For outdoor activities, Pacific Shores #B-109 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

If you’re feeling like relaxing at the resort for the day, head up to the large heated pool and spa to sunbathe at the pool pavilion. There are also several shared gas grills available to cook your favorite meals.

Great place

Awesome location, well stocked room. Close to beach and pool, bbq was a life saver for all the diners.! Great staff and overall experience!

We had a great time here. Everything we needed. The beach was a short 5 min walk and other beaches are walkable as well. Right on a main public bus route as well. Beach chairs for the beach and a floatie chair for the pool was great! The condo was a little dated but functional. 2 bedrooms was great and a tv in both bedrooms as well as the living room for down time. Kitchen had most everything you needed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition! Booking was simple and we were able to communicate easily via email.

Great place for family. Really nice pool area for all kids and grown-ups. Close to several beaches with lifeguards. Would stay there again.

Great Home Base in Kihei

Great Location

Location was great right down the beach. Only down side was the hot tub wasn’t open and the blinds the second bedroom were broken. Overall for the price, however, it was great!

Great Location

Everything was alright except the towels smelled really bad and furniture was pretty worn. I wish there was coffee and cream. The location was great and we really enjoyed the food trucks.

A lovely time in Kihei

The property was clean and a great location to access beaches, and to explore the rest of the island. Construction was still going on, but since we were out all day it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately the pool wasn't available, but the beach was so close it was fine. Very well equipped, we really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, cooler, etc. Would recommend.

Just what we needed!

My husband, our two children (ages 9 and 11), and my mom all stayed here comfortably. It was within walking distance to some great beaches, as well as numerous restaurants and food trucks. The pool was great when we wanted it. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I would stay here again!

Not really vrbo type setting Many people live in these units .Not the best crowd for kids around pool. Outdated furnishings, coach roaches, and just not aesthetic for vacation setting. Great location is the plus.

Good location near beach and restaurants

Location is great, easy walk to the beach to view the sunset. In the heart of Kihei, near shops and restaurants. Unit was clean, but could use some upgrades, like better AC. Property Manager was very attentive and responsive. Good place to put your stuff if you plan to do a lot of touring. Next to construction site, but if that does not bother you, it is a fine place to stay.

The property was surprisingly great! Felt like we were home. Not sure why some lights weren't working but we think it was a lightbulb. However it was clean, it had everything. The location was amazing just walk across the street and the beach is there.

Great spot for our olders to stay on a family vacation

We rented this condo when our older kids decided to join us last minute on a family vacation. Great amount of space, nice finishes in the kitchen. Bathroom was very large-seemed to be fantastic for anyone in a wheel chair. The kids report beds were comfortable. They were old there to sleep and shower. They were not impacted by the construction next door. Cute inner courtyard. They did say the bedroom that faced the new construction was a bit warm. They appreciated the cooler and boogie boards. Great stay!

Perfect location!

This two bedroom one bathroom condo is the perfect location to beautiful beaches in Kihei. This set up was perfect with two bedrooms and a pull out couch. My husband and I, as well as our two kids and my mom had plenty of room. Our favorite amenity was the beach wagon and beach chairs with coolers supplied in the closet. It really made our beach visits so much more enjoyable. The pool is very nice and we had a lot of fun swimming there. The place is very clean and the property management company was very clear and communicative during our day. I highly recommend this condo for your trip to Maui!

Beautiful stay

The condo was beautiful and definitely fit our needs. Altho there's one thing id like to point out and suggest of getting it fixed. The room closest to the front of the condo across the kitchen, the blinds for the window should be replaced. There is a spot that broken and could see inside our room as people walked by. A guy kept peeping in as my husband and i were asleep. Kinda creepy. Other than that the place was beautiful. Bummer that the pool is closed for rebuilding. . We definitely look forward to renting again in the near future

Great Location!

Pros: Walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Cons: Kitchen not as clean as expected. Stove and cookware worn and in need of replacement. Living room furniture worn out and not comfortable at all. Pool was under construction but who needs a pool when the beach is so close? View was of a construction dumpster but That was disclosed in the photos. Honestly, we booked this room as a place to sleep and whip up a quick breakfast/lunch before spending the day exploring the island, and it served its purpose at a reasonable price! Be sure to visit the Cinnamon Roll shop, Coconuts, and Paia Fish House!

Sweet little oasis

My husband myself and our 4 boys stayed for 2 weeks and it had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was closed however that is not something we would have wanted nor needed while we stayed. The kitchen is well equipt with all basics in terms of kitchen appliances and utensil. You will need to purchase your own spices and or salt and pepper ect. Because of the windy days we had the pool gets pretty full of leaves and debris which didn't bother us at all but something to note. The location is great within walking distance to everything we needed and a short 20 min drive to maui ocean center and mini golf/bumper boats and 25 mins from airport and major shopping centers. Overall this was a great place to be and id reccomend it to anyone. When we return back we would concider staying here again hands down.

Would Stay Again

Wasnt the most luxurious place we have ever stayed, but it is pretty much as we would have expected based on price (relative to the price of other places in the area). Things we liked: location, beach gear (chairs, towels, etc.) for use by renters, communication with property management. Things we didn't like: a few things broken (kitchen drawers, bedroom blinds), uncomfortable hide-a-bed (but in fairness most of them aren't comfortable), a bit dated and worn (e.g. it was hard to tell which burner was assigned to which dial and the heat because all of the markers were rubbed off), pool and jacuzzi weren't available. Overall, a good place to stay because of location (everything from beach to restaurants to grocery stores was walkable or within five minute drive). We were by no means wowed by the property, but it did represent a great place to rest our heads after playing at the beach. Would look to stay here again when headed back to Maui, especially if budget was a major concern (just remember that all housing is expensive there).

Reviewer Comments: The only issue I have with this property, is that the air conditioner is on a timer, so when it gets hot at night you have to wake up and re set the timer. Also the shades cover the air conditioner which cuts down on its efficacy and if you don't cover it, then the light from outside is not closed and I slept on the comfortable pull out, but not being able to shut the outside light is not optimal.
