This place surprised us. It looks unassuming on the outside- but the family suite was very nicely done, spic and span with a nice little kitchen and very comfortable beds.Excellent service as well. We would definitely stay again.

Our suite was very clean and super comfortable, with beautiful fully renovated bathroom. The location of the hotel is also super convenient. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, while at the same time close to many restaurants and literally walking distance to downtown. Would definitely come back!

We have stayed here very summer for the past 5 years, witnessing the complete overhaul of the inn! Gill and his family are always welcoming and accommodating and we look forward to our stay each year! They know who we are as soon as we walk in and always welcome us with smiles and kindness! We were in Kincardine for the long weekend we really enjoyed our stay at Maple leaf Inn. The property is old but the rooms are renovated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The stuff was friendly. I will come back when I am in the area. I recommend it

We had a one night stay beginning of June. The motel is easy to find and fairly close to the downtown area, staff were very friendly. Rooms have been updated and are clean, some of our guests with our group said their mattress was too hard or too soft. We found ours to be fine. You won’t go wrong booking here for a night or two. Enjoy Kincardin is a great town
