“They put us on the 1st floor as requested, but not sure if that was coincidence or not. We had dogs, and got put towards the back door. That would have been nice, getting the dogs in and out, but the back door was broken, could only go out. On the room, sat in the chair, which looked like it was out of the 1970s, and it smelled like urine. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.”
