“The hot tub was only lukewarm which was a little disappointing since the outdoor temperature was in the low 40s. Otherwise the beach view room and overall stay was excellent. We will stay here again.”

I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room. When I contacted them a second time, they offered……
