"The condo was amazing ! Very clean . There are a couple complaints , you could not turn down the street to get into the parking lot , where you need to turn was always blocked , we had to come in from the exit every time to get into the parking lot. The second complaint is the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants walking across the floor all night . Other than that the place was great and the view was spectacular! "

"The rental was sold the day before we had rented condo..so we had to get a refund from former owner and go through the whole process again…talked and emailed new owner many times that day and he was very patient and helpful, we kind of figured it out between us….he had to get in touch with vrbo because the days we rented showed up as already rented ( by us)…..the place was perfect for the 6 of us, husband and my daughter’s family….very quiet …great bed…it was situated perfectly for my nieces...

"This condo is ideally situated for folks who want to enjoy wine tasting on the peninsulas or shopping. The condo was beautiful, and perfect for a small group or a couple. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This condo is very spacious. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped. Great location for families with children. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to a playground. Also, close to downtown Traverse City. The owner was very helpful."

"A short stay there but adequate for our needs. We did not spend a lot of time there but only the pm hours as we were busy in the Traverse Area. The place was small but clean. The shower with soap shampoo and conditioner were great! Struggled a bit with the coffee maker. It leaked onto countertop. Not sure why but thankful it was just on the counter area. We all slept great. Mattresses were firm. The extra parking was a plus for us! We would come again for another weekend of fun."

"The condo was great, my family of 4 used it after a softball tournament in Traverse City. Everything was clean and well kept. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes, but we really didn't do any cooking, so that wasn't a big deal. A few more inches in the parking spot would also be great, I was driving a truck and it is a VERY tight spot. But I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place near downtown TC. "

"The condo was very nice. We wish they had a TV in the bedroom, but besides that, it was fantastic!! There was a few patches on the walls that needed to be finished and a new doormat is needed. The current one is a tripping hazard. We would recommend anyone to stay here! Two thumbs up!!"

"Came to Glen Arbor for my Birthday from Cleveland, OH and it was well worth it! This beautiful house was well worth it as well. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. Situated right off Crystal River and just a bridge walk over to the Bay - it was beyond perfect! Every night it housed a beautiful sunset for us. Book this before it gets booked!"

"The property is super close to the beach. Very quiet and felt pretty safe. I spent 2 nights with my 2 kids, and they greatly enjoyed it. The place is less than 10 minutes away from Traverse City. The only downside was the overall size of the condo. Although it stated it could accommodate 4 people, it would be fine for 2 grown-ups, but it can hardly accommodate 4 without trumping on each other, and the extremely thin mattress of the sofa bed makes you "appreciate" all the springs underneath. "
