“Great experience all around: Desk receptionist call at 2pm for early arrival, housekeeping had t b e room spotless and the view at sunset was memorable. It was great to share it with my family after my being there.Several times over the years by myself and my service dog rowdy.”

“We arrived early by 2 hours at had to finish drying sheets. The condo was hot and fan going full speed. Air conditioner did not work. Called host and she said she would have someone come look at it. Never happened. Also host told us she was having trouble with front door lock before we checked in. We could never get door locked ! Made us very nervous and had to leave entire condo unlocked for our stay. Called host and was never addressed. We feel Host knew both problems before we checked……
