"Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel. Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"

"First manager claimed i only booked two rooms. After showing reservation for 3, manager calmed down. Though better i would book 2 rooms, since the third room had terrible sewage smell (other rooms ha dit too, but not to the extend of the first room, that was closest to the gate). Pool had yellow water (we arrived at 9pm, and did not see the color of the water, which i regret letting my two kids go into that pool for a minute.
