I booked our stay on Expedia & have a requested a higher floor accommodation. We were assigned to a 2nd floor unit (out of 5 floors) without elevators. Front desk clerk was not able to move us to a different unit or floor or building. This was unbeknownst to us that the facility will not have elevators in one of its 3 bldgs. This should be part of the hotel description so that we can request for elevator availability as we are already seniors.

The rooms are very outdated and didn’t feel clean. There were several abandoned buildings around the property and it felt extremely unsafe once the sun set. Stated a continental breakfast would be available but that was only hard boiled eggs, toast, and a two types of cereal.
