The lobby is beautiful and was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our meal at Kyngs Grill was decent but not spectacular. Breakfast was very good with delicious crispy potatoes, yummy made-to-order omelettes and lots of options. Large breakfast space was very clean. Our room was also very clean and well laid out. The fold-out sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we had to ask for extra blankets (which were delivered promptly). Gift shop was well-stocked with needed amenities and snacks. Pool area was clean and nice but the hot tub is a strange elongated shape facing cascading water spouts that splash you in the face while you’re trying to just sit and relax. Staff was pleasant overall. Loved the options available on the HH app - choose your own room and digital room key. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and would recommend.
