“The place appeared to be clean but there were a few things that were not. There was hair behind the bathroom door, dishes in the cabinet still had food on them, a piece of trim on the stairs was loose and we tripped on it several times. Maintenance was called about the trim on the stairs but no one ever fixed it the whole time we stayed there (6 days). Parking is also an issue. They have limited parking passes and tell you that you will be towed without one. We had a pass but no one used……

“The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. But the house was GORGEOUS and clean and the upstairs was SET UP for anyone’s day of fun. I also was SO HAPPY to see the security guard doing his job well for entry into the neighborhood. “What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. I was there, multiple guests came and went, which was also happening before I got there. The cleaning people only come and clean the rooms that……

EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. “Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better. ”
