Located in Duck / 2 Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms For those who must be Oceanfront but don't need the space of a large home, "Our Point of View", a top floor, two-bedroom, two bath, Oceanfront condo in Colony By The Sea is for you. The only thing between you and the Ocean is a beautiful, vegetated dune. You are steps away from the beach. This condo is tastefully decorated from top to bottom with beautiful furnishings, bedding and accessories. Community amenities include a large, Oceanfront swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and picnic area and Oceanfront gazebo. Its central location in Duck is only a short walk away from shopping and restaurants. This is a perfect setting for the perfect vacation for a small family or a getaway for two. Single Level Condo (third level with stair access only): Outside amenities include a community pool, 2 beach access, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, picnic area, park grills, 2 Oceanfront gazebos, and a swing set for kids. Inside you'll find the great room with 50" TV, stereo with CD, kitchen, dining room seating for 6, King Primary Bedroom with 32" TV and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (full on bottom, single on top) and 32" TV. Extras: 3 TVs, Spectrum cable and streaming services, shared laundry (ground level/coin operated), stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet access, book library, games, parking for 1 vehicle designated (additional guest parking in community lot and community pool and tennis), linens and towels provided and public water. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It has a perfect beach view, 2 balconies, and had a ton of room to easily accommodate 2 adults and up to 4 children. It was clean, quiet, and exactly what it looks like in the photos and description.
