“Prachtig appartement; mooi groot balkon met ochtendzon. Was heeeerlijk met 32 graden in de middag. Het was kamer 13, prachtig uitzicht. Buiten Zwembad ernaast, Koffie-tentje op de hoek… zijn hier 5 dagen geweest; in de omgeving lekker gewandeld.”

“A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel. The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.”

“We loved staying here! The apartment was very spacious; very clean, and nicely decorated for the holiday season. There were lots of towels available, kitchen was well stocked; games available for sharing. The hosts were very gracious and helpful -- provided tips on best ski slopes that would be available for an early December visit. We would love to go back. ”

“We ended up staying at a hotel instead of the booked place because of some work being done at the property. Hotel staff was super nice and because of the change breakfast was included at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Room with kitchen but no oven, however they let us use the oven in the hotel’s kitchen. Hotel was located near a busy road, traffic could be heard.”

“It should have received full marks, but unfortunately, one point has to be deducted because we didn't receive any fresh hand and bath towels or additional garbage bags during our 12-day stay. This is the case whether you book just one night in the apartment or, like us (two people), 12 days. The receptionist said you could pay extra for these items. However, this should really be included in the rental price and length of stay. After a lengthy discussion, the receptionist did give us two garbage……
