A wonderful place to stay in Kochi! The staff are so kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing stay (including packing a breakfast for an early morning flight!). The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect for exploring.

Tissas Inn was warm and welcoming. It was a great hotel for both my wife and I and our parents. The service was top notch and everyone was patient, warm and welcoming. They accommodated adhoc asks from our parents without any issues. Will stay at Tissas Inn again if I visit Fort Kochi again in the future.

The team was like a family supporting each other in a small 9 bedroom hotel. We felt like a part of the family. Nothing a problem even the night manager checked availability for yoga on a Sunday morning. If I had one thing they could improve it would be some extra space in the bathroom. There wasn’t much room to hang a towel and arrange toiletries for 2. Definitely stay again should we go to Kochi

Wonderful Stay!

The room was great and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Breakfasts were great and very generous! Pool on the roof was such a great thing to have on hot days after walking around the town.

Perfect Fort Kochi Hotel!

Amazing stay! Very homey and hospitable, excellent location, delicious breakfast. Just recommend connecting with them via phone or WhatsApp if you plan to check in late in the evening.

This stay was amazing. The hotel is close to lots of tourist areas and well situated It was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them. The chef was happy to prepare us wonderful meals. Sunita especially was kind and attentive, and she helped us with a lot of our questions. If she couldn’t help directly, she was sure to signpost us to someone who could! We felt extremely welcomed and I would recommend anyone staying in this area to stay here!

Tissa's Inn is a wonderful hotel decorated with beautiful artwork and antiques. When you arrive you are greeted by warm wonderful people and a fruit punch. The room is large, well appointed and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. You can walk to the cultural center, Chinese fishing nets, plenty of shopping, and restaurants. The pool on the roof is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. The restaurant is outstanding! Chef Biju uses fresh ingredients (fish caught that day), comes to your table to talk to you about your options, and creates incredibly delicious meals. We ate there several nights because of the quality and variety. Truly, Tissa's Inn is a beautiful accommodation, but the best thing about Tissa's Inn are the people. Sanitha, the reservation manager, made sure our stay was magical from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone who worked there was kind. We would not consider staying anywhere else when we return!

The staff at Tissa’s Inn were lovely, so friendly, welcoming and helpful and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. The restaurant was equally good with plenty of choice. The chef engaged with customers and was always happy to recommend a dish of the day, either a local Keralan speciality or freshly caught fish. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in the center of Fort Kochi. Christina and her staff are wonderful from check in and throughout. Great vibe. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable. Food excellent. Christina arranged massage and pedicure with her friend's salon. Loved this hotel. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed staying here, a beautiful grand old mansion with lovely art. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the town though Tuktuk drivers may hassle you to use them. But what really makes this place are the staff, run by 3 lovely ladies who are just the right mix of friendly and helpful. Dry hotel but there is a bar about 50m away! Would highly recommend and is well priced.
