The Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa is located due east of the property and is absolutely gorgeous. Many nice restaurants and things to do, morning coffee, evening hula shows and music! Happy hour on the lanai and the world class Poipu Bay Golf course is a 5 minute walk away. Shipwreck Beach is located just out the front door and just a short stroll to the sandy beach. Our Poipu Sands units (#425 & #427) will be 10% off regular rates from September 25 thru November 13, 2024 , and February 12 thru March 26, 2025, and 25% off from September 26 thru November 14, 2024, due to the roof replacement project for buildings 3, 4, and 5. What to Expect During Your Stay at Poipu Sands in 2024-25:

Roof replacement construction activities Monday through Saturday, but not on Sundays, during evening hours, or before 7am. Official working hours are from 7:30am – 6:00 pm. You should expect to hear noise and see workers installing new roofs per the schedule above. There will also be construction equipment and supplies on site. Construction will be limited to the buildings as noted above to minimize the disturbance to the rest of the property as much as possible.
