"Amazing hotel. Lovely service, friendly staff. The hotel is big, 3 pools with one pool for children. A nice gym, outside area is green and nice. Beach is well maintained and with cool vibe. Food is very good."

The room was clean but did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The beach was not very clean, and the lobby was small and lacked the spacious feel of a luxury hotel. The gym was small, with old, limited equipment, and the air conditioning was not working. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, but the taste was below expectations,...
