“When you are told at reception on checking in to call 100 if you need anything, but then find the telephone in the room is broken, you know you have not picked a great hotel. When you then report the problem and find out the reception staff were fully aware the phone is broken when they told you to ring, your experience starts to feel surreal.
I could forgive that and acknowledge I had a comfortable sleep, but the biggest shock was to come when i went for breakfast well within the advertised……
