“Very clean room, staff was well behaved, overall is excellent with all amenities ”

“Staff was decent. The check in system couldn’t locate my reservation but that’s ok it happens. The lady sorted it out. Breakfast staff was very polite. The rooms unfortunately smelled damp and not fresh. I had the junior suite and views were fantastic. I just wish it didn’t smell damp ”

“Hotel longe de todo fica na estra inter estadual. Dificil acesso para cidade e/ou as praias. Maioria dos motoristas de Tuk-Tuk nem conhecem como chegar. Precisa ligar na recepção para receber orientações e nem sempre a recepção atende ligações ou responde mensagens. Quartos razoavel. Mas o pessoal da recepção desliga ar condicionado do lado de fora em caso os hospedados fiquem no quarto depois das 07:30/08:00 horas. Também, não fazem limpeza dos quartos todos os dias. Precisa pedir que seja……
