“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre, le lit très confortable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux. Notre chambre donnait pourtant sur la piscine, mais les horaires sont bien aménagés, ce qui permet de profiter d’un environnement très paisible. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et disponible. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également excellent, nous y avons très bien mangé. Le seul petit bémol……

“Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very delicious. The staff helped us book multiple excursions. They helped us get a car for one that was across the island. They gave us recommendations. It was right on the beach and close to the bus stop making it very easy to not need to rent a car most days. Really nice restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t……

“Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The photos online are not reflective of the pool size or the overall vibe of the hotel. We found the staff to be very dismissive and rude when asking for basic things such as water. When we asked if there was somewhere to refill our water or if they had drinking water, we were told that they didn’t provide this and we needed to buy our own, we were fine with this but the tone we were told in was horrible.
