“Great place”

“酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。”

“Window broken and unable to fix. Noisy in rooms in early evening and early mornings as lots of kids. Biffet pretty good. Inexpensive markets and places to eat rigjt around hotel”

“Gutes Frühstück. Leider war die Sauna geschlossen, schade bei einem Wellness Hotel ”

“Large room with nice view but you can tell it’s an aging building, mattresses and pillows are on their last leg- all super deflated / soggy. Not worth paying extra for the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s basically a slightly larger version of a bathtub that doesn’t keep the heat. It takes you an hour to fill up and gets cold pretty quickly- not a proper hottub- disappointing. Food was mediocre, wilted salad and mostly yellow / fried food at the hot counter. None of the pastries, cakes etc are made……

“Wir wurden 2x mit dem Zimmer enttäuscht! 6277 mit der sehr lauten Kläranlage und 4211 (leider keine Sonne!!) Jeder wusste unsere Unzufriedenheit und keiner hat uns upgrgradet!!!!”

“Great place to stay food and accommodation really good, plenty of choice at meals, courteous staff. Pools and grounds v well maintained and easy to get to cabs, buses and the beach.”

“Very limited hotel parking, 1 handicap spot. Found a space on the road, up the hill, 2 blocks away in front of a church. This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. ”

“Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of……

“Ottima struttura e paesaggio fisco splendido.Mare e servizi puliti.Per la restante paesaggistca la solita cementificazione selvaggia di tutto il sud dell'isola.Escludendo l'hotel Gloria Palace Royal la cui costruzione incastonata con colori e materiali del luogo è molto bella e rispettosa dell collina di Amadores.”
