“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Bett war schrecklich, durchgelegen und dadurch zu weich und zu hart gleichzeitig. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Fitnessstudio sind gut. Poolhandtücher müssen hinzu gekauft werden, man kann nicht, wie angegeben, Fahrräder leihen, ein Auto leihen oder irgend einen Service erhalten. ”
