The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. “Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……
