To speak to others posts, it’s may not be aesthetically perfect, there is a little touch up paint needed but otherwise it’s wonderful and so is the PM and Nathan the owner. No negatives. Only recommendation would be add a folding clothes dryer to the utility cabinet. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace, and hot tub along with all the amenities of being in Sunriver. It’s become a home we love. "
