"Worked very well for our group.Lacked for nothing.Hot tubbers were a bit disappointed that the cleaning and water reheating took several days rendering the tub unusable for that time.Sliding doors opening up to the outside were a favorite.Minor maintenance item-left side of microwave handle was detached."

"What an awesome little house! We were only there for one night, and wish we'd had more time. Our host Russell was lovely as well. The area is rural but easy to reach, and the surrounding land (and creek!) were great. "

"Our family stayed at the cabin in Pinecone Cabin for 2 nights. It was a lovely home very well stocked, super clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements for our family of 3. We enjoyed use of the well kept jacuzzi area and yard. It was a good location for our needs as it allowed us to be close enough proximity to Bend and the North entrance to Crater Lake. There was a fast charger at the gas station on the corner of the highway turnoff which was also convenient. It is important to note the configuration of the full bathroom (shower only) is located and accessible only via the master bedroom. There is a small 1/2 bath in the hallway."
"Once a year out entire family of children and grandchildren try to have a vacation under one roof. This house exceeded all expectations. There were enough beds for everyone, a well stocked kitchen, a large yard for the kids to run on, and a beautiful view to boot. We kayaked two days in a row right off the deck, paddled boarded, swam, played games, and plan on coming back next year rather than trying to find a "better" place."

"Perfect home for our large family. Enjoyed the outdoor area the most, plenty of space and privacy. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to Sunriver, easy 5min drive. Kitchen fully equipped! Loved the Keurig, and air fryer options, was not missing anything needed. "
"Amazing stay. The property was beautiful, clean, more room than needed. We have come yearly since 1999. This has been the nicest place so far. We are happy to have ventured out to Caldera Springs area. Very easy to get to the Village. We will definitely stay here again. "
"This is a great camp ground! Stayed in a yurt for 3 nights over the holiday weekend, and made use of the pools and hot tub. There is plenty to do (6 pickleball courts, basketball court, putt putt golf, horse shoes and lots of fishing spots). It is gated and we felt safe. Our yurt was perfectly well equipped and we had a great weekend."

"The house overall was the perfect size for our family. The great room was the ideal space to hang out and have everyone in one space. Radiant floors were great but somewhat glitchy and overheated areas at times without any adjustment to the thermostat. The hot tub cover doesn’t work nor did the jets and the steam shower was out of order but not mentioned in posting. The play room was great for the kids and adult kids. The carpets are pretty stained especially on the stairs. "
