Guest Access:

The entire home, backyard and pool are yours. There's parking for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway, and street parking is allowed too.



The Neighborhood:

La Quinta Cove sits right at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, one of the valley's most scenic and hike-friendly neighborhoods.



Old Town La Quinta's restaurants, shops and coffee spots are about 5 minutes away, with several golf courses and the Cove's hiking and biking trails close by. The Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are about 20 minutes by car, and Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour away for a day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to explore the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport is about 35 to 40 minutes away, and rideshare is easy to find around La Quinta. Park in the garage, the driveway or on the street.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

Yes - the private pool, with its gentle spa spillover, and the attached spa are yours exclusively. The pool itself is not heated; spa heating is available for an additional fee ($60 per day).



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. The city has strict ordinances around loud music, voices, and amplified speakers, with fines of $1,000+ issued to guests for violations.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, children must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area, and no glass is allowed near the pool or spa. Please report any damages that occur during your stay.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential neighborhood and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighborhood.
